We give you, our customer (as an Owner, Director, Manager or Committee Member), access to a vast range of services with just one email or call, we take care of the rest.

Our service came about as a result of recognising a serious gap in the market, the need for a one stop shop to get all services done, saving maximum time for minimum input by our busy clients. Using our own highly experienced employees, and qualified subcontractors, we project manage all of your services saving you time and worry.

If you are happy with a particular service provider, we keep them in place and supervise them for quality assurance, however if you are unhappy (and all the nasties that come with it) we will change them to a more acceptable provider.

This enables you, peace of mind. This lets you deal with just one management group for all of your services. This gives you a feeling of trust regarding your exact specifications and ongoing security regarding your home, business, strata, factory, surgery or office.

We meet you onsite to discuss your specific requirements and security arrangements. We organise quotes and interview respondents and manage them from day one. We will schedule and organize your daily services at your convenience. Instead of dealing with several trades and service personnel, you only ever deal with us.

We make sure on your behalf that everyone we use, is licensed and insured as necessary and last but not least we provide one simple consolidated electronic invoice per month or fortnight (based on your billing preferences) for any work carried out in the preceding period. This enables you to set a budget, forecast more completely and avoid the plethora of service accounts you might otherwise need to manage your property.

Patrick our Founder along with Chris our Managing Director, have a combined 50 plus years experience in facilities management. They have worked in large government and commercial operations, and understand the problems one may experience in trying to engage general contractors directly (usually with multiple sub-contractors, varying standards and associated risks with insurance, licenses and verified experience).
