While many of our customers have started using this tool in the member’s area straight away, it is worth making the announcement that we have levelled up our booking modification tool in the member’s area. Providing you are 72 hrs out from your appointment, you can instantly change, re-schedule or cancel the booking in about 6 seconds. If you are within the 72 hrs of your scheduled time, you can still use the tool however a team member will be in touch to confirm the change rather than it being accepted in the system by default.
