If you have a green waste bin, we’ll gladly use that. DVA will not pay for green waste removal, so we do whatever we can to avoid you being out of pocket. If you don’t have a green bin, we can use some of your general waste bin, your compost heap or garden beds. However, if there’s a significant amount of green waste to be removed, say, a trailer load, we may have to charge you for the tip fees.
Yes. Please ensure any toys or objects are removed from the lawn areas that are to be mowed. Also ensure that any dog faeces has been scooped up as this creates a health hazard for the team if they accidentally run over it. It makes a heck of a mess too!
No. But we do encourage you to be present for the first service so we can do a “meet and greet” with you or your partner. This is so you can set expectations and give you peace of mind having met the team that’s going to be in your yard. Then, you can either leave a key hidden or provide an access code so our team can enter your property during the agreed service time without you needing to be there.
Our teams are dog friendly and are used to dealing with all kinds of pooches. However, if your dog is aggressive towards strangers/visitors, please ensure that you introduce the dog to our team, or, secure it within your home.
If you’re not happy, then we’re not happy! Make sure you let us know if you have concerns at any stage of your service delivery so we can resolve them. It might be a personality clash, performance, or timeliness of delivery. Whatever it is, we want you to be 100% satisfied.
